Print-on-Demand Items

All UnitUnhinged products are made to order through Printful, our print-on-demand fulfillment partner. Because each item is custom-produced specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, incorrect size selection, or change of mind.

Damaged, Defective, or Misprinted Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with a misprint, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your shipment. We will file a claim with Printful on your behalf and arrange a free replacement or refund at no additional cost to you. To process your claim, we will need your order number, a clear photo of the damaged or defective item, and a brief description of the issue. Please send this information to us via our Contact page.

Lost or Missing Packages

If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. We will work with Printful to investigate and, if confirmed lost, issue a replacement or refund.

Wrong Address

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. If you provide an incorrect or insufficient address and the shipment is returned to our fulfillment facility, you will be responsible for any reshipment costs.

Unclaimed Shipments

If a package is unclaimed and returned to our facility, you will be responsible for the cost of reshipping. Unclaimed returns are donated to charity after 30 days.

EU Consumers

In accordance with Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to consumer specifications or clearly personalized items. As all our products are custom print-on-demand items, returns under EU consumer withdrawal rights are not available.
